• 1) For that, Please install a Driver for that device in your machine as per your windows version.(if already installed then not required)

• 2) Install below Web-api installer exe file in your local machine.
•       Click Here to Install 32bit Driver. 32bit Driver
•       Click Here to Install 64bit Driver. 64bit Driver
• 3) Restart your pc after successful installation
